I would love a walk in shower.  
Here are some of my favorite tiles/ showers.

Large tiled, walk in showers- like the look of the large subway tiles. Love the inbuilt shelf as well

'Ice' Glass subway tile in shower. I like the dark hue. Would like to maybe take it across to cover the entire wall where the sinks are. Floor to ceiling, one wall + shower/bath tile.

Good example of a modestly size ensuite, with a wall instead of a shower screen. disregard the wooden slats in the shower!
